At EB Solution, we firmly support the necessity of our recommendations for the protection and security of your IT systems and data. Your decision to decline this service may result in limitations or restrictions in EB Solution’s ability to fully provide and maintain a comprehensive and layered security defense for your business.

Please rest assured that this agreement will not influence or impact our continued support should anything go wrong with your IT systems. Our team will continue to serve you to the best of their abilities and in alignment with our service level agreement (SLA). However, this agreement will serve as a notification of potential vulnerabilities, risks, and gaps impacting the security and protection of your business network, as well as the data within the systems or hardware currently in place. Additionally, EB Solution may be unable to fully maintain or prove compliance with mandated IT Security regulations without the implementation of these recommendations.

As your IT managed services provider and trusted partner, we felt it necessary to formalize our recommendations and your option to decline in order to prevent any confusion, unpleasant surprises, or ill will should a cyberattack, data breach, or compliance audit occur.
